Pathetic Telkom

<p>Against my better judgment, I decided to go with Telkom and sign up for a LTE package. The package is R399 but my bill however is R460. So they signed me up for the wrong package, which includes an additional repeater of R50 pm. I did not recieve this repeater nor do I want it. After spending 20 minutes on the phone trying to explain this to a consultant, my issue was not resolved. The guy kept on saying that the additional amount was for the modem. Further to this, my name on the bill is wrong, my address is wrong. Telkom is surely the worst of the worst. </p>
