Pathetic Telkom

Been trying to cancel a fixed line as well as internet with Telkom since March and they are officially the most useless people to deal with. They keep billing even though there are references for the cancellation. Everytime I call in they say I need to dial another number.. nothing gets logged onto their system... consultants are clueless... they ask you to email them then they receive and disappear... totally pathetic... people say they are Helkom... I now fully agree..
