Pathetic Telkom

I have received a package in April from Telkom, I never orderd anything from them and never had a account with them, I phone immediately and asked that they should come and collect their package. 3 Months went by and me phoning them. Then a deborder went off, which I reversed. I have been phoning them every month telling to stop the debitorder which are now R5000. The client service always say the same that they will sent a email to the manager and someone will phone me shortly. Nobody ever phones. Today the told me that the product has been cancelled but the debitorder not. Theys still havent picked up their package (which I didnt even bother to open). 8 Months that I have been struggling and getting nowhere. I have to pay R40 to reverse the debitorder everytime. My bank stops the debitorder but then Telkom just use a new reference. I am so done with Telkom and nobody helping.
