PATHETIC TELKOM!

Telkom is the WORST. I have cancelled telephone numbers on a business account on 11 and 13 March 2020 yet my invoice still reflects the cancelled numbers. When you query this via email through your account manager, NOBODY answers you. I have sent numerous emails and get no reply. I keep asking for the correct invoice so that I can pay it, now they have suspended my lines! PATHETIC service HELLkom! If I could I would give a rating of MINUS FIVE STARS.
