Pathetic Telkom!

Absolutely disappointing and terrible service on many many accounts! The one that stands out the most, is - someone in cape town had taken out a contract on my name - baring in mind i live in KZN using my identity documents, Telkom **********ly opened up the account. They then sent me an exorbitant bill, which i refused to pay! I went back and forth to different stores - driving a few 100kms because i live in a town and their isnt any telkom stores in my area, to sort out this "bill" on my name. I had to obtain many documents as well as affidavits etc but to no avail they have now blacklisted me. Now i am unable to take out any other cellphone contracts and my daughter is being denied entrance into prestigious schools because of my credit check.
