Pathetic Telkom!!!

The most annoying service provider to deal with, extremely upset and annoyed at the Telkom service and will never use them again. I have been wanting to pay up my account with Telkom so it took me forever to get through to them to get a settlement letter, after spending tons of airtime on them and endless calls with them I eventually got a settlement letter. I did the payment immediately and it's now been 2 weeks of waiting for a paid up letter?? I have been emailing them daily and everyday they tell me the same thing of it just being escalated after I have stated endless times the urgency of this!!! I need the paid up letter today!!!Telkom Account no : *** - my contact details are *** and ***. I need feedback asap
