Pathetic Telkom

Telkom is the most unreliable service provider.

I am really unhappy with their service and the way they dealing with their customer complaints. I have had no wifi for almost a month now and since they delivered their fabulous wifi phones that serves no purpose because nothing works.

I have been billed for services I did not want and never used!!! I cant begin to explain my frustration as I have been on the phone with telkom for 2 weeks now and they still can not resolve my problem.
