Pathetic Telkom

I have had pathetic service in trying to cancel a cellphone contract after the 24 months. Have been trying for 3 months now as can only be done online and not at a store. Spent hours on phone trying to get a consultant. Did cancellation online, got a reference number but account is still being debited. Logged on in-store for a call back, which is the best they can do in-store, but no call back. Its as though you are bound for life to Telkom, they make it practically impossible to cancel....most frustrating company to deal with!
