Pathetic Telkom

I took a contact with Telkom for a P20 around mid December. An amount of 449 was debited from back account, which i waa told would be later refunded to my account. To date, that has not happened. Just this morning i received a statement claiming i owe 839.for what? I have not gone over my limits for minutes and data.

Telkom needs to either account for the 449 on my billling statement, or else reversing the damn debit order.

I want answers now!!!
