Pathetic telkom

Telkom is so pathetic,they delivered my iPhone 6s on the 17th of July 2018 which was supposed to pay R299 per month with 1G,boom the bill (R1150,49)came on the 8th of August 2018 via email and i was so surprised how can a 2weeks pro-rada be that much including the August bill.

I called the contact center for clarity and spoke to a rude agent (man) and he told me my bill is R1150,49 because on the 30th and 31st of July i used 14G how possible is that???14G in two days this is a pure madness and ripoff,he said he will send me a detailed bill on how I used 14G for R500 in 2 days and I’m still waiting for that email even now. Telkom is so pathetic and I want them to fix my bill.
