Pathetic Telkom

The service at Telkom somerset mall is extremely terrible. First of all,the ticket system is pathetic,ehy have one if you still waiting for hours at the store. When you contact the number for that specific store, you get routed to a call centre in Pretoria. I had to contact the consultant myself today after ten days of not heari g anything. The consultant is always at home when his contacted,this is really pathetic service from Telkom. I am ttying so hard to get a landline in at our workshop,but i must say,it seems like a task impossible to so!!!!!! I am so frustrated.
