Pathetic Telkom

I am absolutely amazed by the pathetic nature in which Telkom is going about their business. I have been struggling since January 2018 to get internet coverage at my house when they told me that there was coverage in my area. So we finally got feedback in March that the internet package would not work in my area. So we app**** on the 4th of June for a normal voice line so that we could use a different internet provider. So without any notice I found out today that our order has just been cancelled without any explanation… I am thinking, Do they not want my business??? And if so, Why??? So no wonder they have lost over 2000 Customers last year.
