PATHETIC TELKOM.
How is it that you do Routine maintenance in a area, you cut customer's service and tell me the turn around time is the same evening at 7. Then the next day i have to hear that it will be done in a weeks time. not even communication that lines will be cut for routine maintenance. I am losing income due to not having internet. This is unacceptable and this will be taken to ICASA for further investigation. My line worked tuesday night until late wednesday morning it was down. PATHETIC TELKOM.
