Pathetic Telkom

I called the stupid call center about 20 times, I complained on Facebook and dozen of times, I went to the physical store and still no lines or internet 2 weeks later in my business.

Ho w can Telecommunication company cannot provide most basis service with its toothless call center which are unable to resolve anything.
