Pathetic Telkom!

I've taken out a Telkom cellphone contract on the 15th of December 2019 at Wonderboom Junction, Pretoria. Still waiting for my number to port from Vodacom to Telkom. We've been to Telkom twice after the 15th; phoned them - still no result. Tomorrow will be my third visit to pathetic Telkom. Really! I can't use my phone!!!! 16 days!!!! Please wake up.
