PATHETIC TELKOM

Utterly disgusted - why, I don't know as this is what one comes to expect from Government (albeit it partially) owned enterprise - with the level of service received from TELKOM. Been trying to cancel a telephone line since the beginning of January 2020 and have yet to even receive an acknowledgement of my many emails!!! PATHETIC!!!
