Pathetic Telkom

Telkom sucks, made 4 payments in 1 month cause I get messages to say I'm in arrears only to find out I'm not, eventually get invoice shows payments but an additional fee that has never been there before,you speak to agent to sort out you get told its for a debit order fee, yet I pay before debit date, then get told I must just pay it.They are pathetic, can't wait for contract to end so I can get another provider. Call centre staff pathetic, asked for a Manger they say no and end call
