Pathetic Telkom

<p>We are a bussiness based in Benoni. We have been having problems with our telkom lines for a month now. Telkom just has no intension of sorting this problem out. We contact them on a daily basis to report the problem as we are loosing bussiness because our clients can't get through on our lines. They can not tell us when this issue will be resolved which is unacceptable. They have no problem in deducting the money from our account at the end of the month, but to deliver a service is virtually impossible for them. Now one of our two lines have been disconected and the other only works when it wants to. Seems that telkom will NEVER get there act together with there patheticly BAD SERVICE! How long are we supposed to go on with no phones?</p>
