Pathetic Telkom

Fibre is not available in my area. I desperately needed Internet. So I signed up for uncapped LTE with Telkom. However, the cap that I have received for March is less than 160gb at 10mbs. This is ridiculous. I have been trying to phone their customer care, or lack of customer care department, for more than an hour and to no avail. This is pathetic
