Pathetic telkom

Would give no stars if I could. Telkom just increased my bill from R720 to R799 on a 50mp / 50mp Fibre tnotification no agreement on my part nothing. Then I'm told I must give 60 days notice to cancel on a month to month... how does that work I try call the stupid people at 10210 and they either cut me off or say they'll come back to me. Nothing transpires. How do you talk to someone who actually knows what they doing
