PATHETIC TELEPHONE LINE

I am trying to get assistance with a cellphone purchase via the Telkom telephone line.<br> No assistance whatsoever, i have been holding the line for almost an hour, with not even a message notifying me of where am i in the queue (if there is one or phones are just simply ignored)<br> <br> This is inexcusable Telkom, sort this out!!!
