Pathetic technical service from Telkom

We have reported a fault on our line over a week ago, seeing that our voice and data lines are down. on Saturday some technician phones and asks how our experience was seeing that the issue has been resolved. telling him that no one has even been out to check what the problem is, he says that they will send someone out as soon as the rain stops. We are on Tuesday and STILL no one has bothered to come out. All you get out of them... the technician is on the way. Pathetic. We will just deduct the amount at the end of the month for the time our services was down.
