Pathetic systems and service
I have sent Telkom 3 Emails to cancel my contract since December and i have phoned them. they say that they cant help me over the phone and that i must resend the mail and they will get back to me, but for some reason they don't get back to me and they are still billing me. I cannot believe how pathetic the service is at Telkom.
