Pathetic staff

Internet just down. Tried moving over to the 1TB package and was told to cancel my home line. Then got declined in credit vetting. Called them 5 times to stop the CANCELL and each time they said it's done. Today the wifi is off. No support. Pathetic people. Pathetic service
