Pathetic signal and even worse (because non-existent) service

I wish I could give a 0 (or negative) star rating.

Their signal is terrible (so I almost completely have to rely on my Vodacom network) and the accounts closing department is virtually non-existent.

So I can’t use their network because there’s never any service and I can’t cancel my account because either they’re inundated with calls from other customers to cancel their accounts because Telkom sucks OR the team is understaffed or non-existent.

STRONGLY warning ANYONE considering getting a Telkom account to just not. Don’t put yourself through all the time you’ll waste cancelling your contract.
