Pathetic, shocking and ********** service with telkom

Upgraded to WiFi. Now after 5 months of incorrect billing by Telkom, I have been handed over to Debt collections and case numbers deleted. Absolute ********** treatment and service from Telkom. No answer, no help, and now being billed for services that I haven’t had for over a month. Why is this kind of arrogance allowed in a service provider????????
