Pathetic services turn around time

<p>On the 10 of April my adsl land line had stopped working second time in six months, the last time they took 1 and a half months to send a technician and it took him 5 mins too fix, this is the second time I have logged a complaint and still no not fixed, Internet is slow as wel </p>
