Pathetic Services Telkom

I have ordered a device on the black friday special. 24 hrs later the amount was deducted of my bank account but it's been 2 weeks and no device has been delivered. I have called the sales department many times however no one can help me. Today I was told my order was cancelled. I have never cancelled the order. If all calls are recorded why can't someone assist. Poor services . How can telkom take money of the bank account without device delivery. This is *****.
