Pathetic services provided by Telkom

I've been having an extremely bad experience with Telkom, they set up a direct debit for me without my knowledge and are charging me extra every month with no explanation. They bar my services even though there isn't an outstanding balance on the account. They are not very helpful when i contact them to resolve the issue. I would not recommend Telkom as a service provider as their services are extremely poor
