Pathetic Services

I made an instant EFT payment on the Telkom website like I always do. Normally the payment reflects within 15minutes. I have been waiting for 72hours and now my account is suspended. After numerous calls to Telkom now I need to prove that I paid and I still have no WiFi and any services. This is totally unacceptable. Today I'm waiting on an operator for 52minutes still no answer
