Pathetic services

Theodorah according to my attorney the R1876 should be used for the next 6months as it can't be forfeited. As per our telephonic conversation you are aware that was no services for the last 6 months however payments were made so kindly allocate the R1876 into 6 months of R299 X 6 which will be February 2020 to July 2020. As you know cellc store refuse to book handset for repairs. They say there is a balance to to sorted out. Kindly rectify the matter as urgently as possible. Contact details Shireen ***
