Pathetic Services by Telkom Mobile

<p>I am not one to complain but i feel now that this has gone way too far....</p> <p>I have been with Telkom Mobile for the past 4-5years using an Iphone i went from using 2gigs of Data a month to most recently 7gigs of Data in just under a week. This then rang an arlm for me and i decided to call in to queiry this i thus got pathetic services from a service consultant Named Nokutula..</p> <p> </p> <p>I do not understand how you can over charge a client and not want a client to quiery this and still have consultants with pathetic customer s****s this has utterly disgusted me as till now no one can tell me why i have been soo over charged by Telkom and this is the second time that iam calling telkom and all they can say is i will be assited in 72working hours and i shouldnt by Data untill i have been helped what **** is that !!! Really Disgusting telkom!!!!!</p>
