Pathetic services and deductions

<p>On 12th May I get an sms saying I owe R898 (R499 for last month and R399 this month, which is only due on 31/05). I immediately check my account and see that TELKOM DID NOT debit my account for R499 last month (not my fault) so I immediately pay the R499 on Saturday morning. This morning however my account is debited with R898, I call in and they can only refund me after the money reflects and a query has been logged. Nosipho Phinda says it will take 14 days for the money to reflect, then the dispute must be logged, and then only a refund can take place. So what? A month for my money to be given back when they made the **** up? How can you not debit my account, then send me a message to pay, then I pay and then you double debit me? ***!!
