Pathetic services

Two weeks struggeling to get a username and email unlockee ... that no one can tell me why it was locked in the first place. 120 calls later and problem still not resolved. They so pathetic its not funny. They let you call around and nobody can help a person.

Two weeks and not one agent bothered to even give me a ref number.

Not one supervisor is prepared to talk or even assist.
