Pathetic services

The telkom staff and customer services are pathetic. I'm extremely disappointed and annoyed with service delivery. The *****ulent acts as well. Numerous requests as being made to rectify the issue before it lead to this stage. Client being to the Cornuniba store with no joy and Phoenix store same as well. Customer services many occasions but however spoke to Nicole Allen on the 23rd of January 2023 the amountof R510 debited, 24th of March 2023 R650.57 was debited but EFT has being made for many years. again to Nicole Allen but supervisor was always not available. This is a *****ulent activity which is not acceptable on my part, contract payment is R453 per month. Theres no way that Telkom will ever be referred to family and friends because no assurance instore or customer services. Pathetic services is an understatement. Really disappointing to know this is being happening for many years of the contract. However this matter needs to be addressed ASAP in order of satisfaction.
