Pathetic services!!!

<p>Good Day</p> <p> </p> <p>Over the past weeks, my husband and I have been contacting telkom daily to advise them that our wifi line keeps dropping. It's been really annoying as we haven't been able to enjoy the pleasure of having wifi a service which we are paying for.</p> <p>Last week they say a technician came to house on the 18th Feb to sort the problem but nothing has changed. Nobody contacted us to advise he was here even. This week I have had to log the error again!!! Now we get told we just have to wait. Which is unfair as we playing for a service.
