Pathetic Services!

Yellow Pages has been activated on my account since October 2020 - which I did not authorize. I have requested that this be cancelled and my account refunded on numerous occasions, but no one bothers to respond to my emails or call me back to have this sorted! My line has now been suspended! This matter has been going on for 10 months!!! Someone needs to contact me to have this sorted out ASAP. Before this matter is escalated further!!

I have contacted Trudon, but between Telkom and Trudon, I get referred back and forth with no resolution! This is the worst experience I have had with Telkom. Not to mention the pathetic customer service from your staff!!!!!!
