Pathetic services

Telkom is the worst telecom company we have in South Africa. I stayed with them because they made it very difficult to leave with their processes for cancellation and when you are with them, they do not delivery as they promise good delivery. I have app**** for migration ADSL to a fibre by Vumatel, I have been struggling to have the fibre installed for the past six months, eventually, the fibre is installed, the battle was to get the router compatible to the fibre, now that I have the router and the fibre, I am still not able to connect and non of the Telkom staff is able to assist me. This month I was charged for installation for something that is not even working for R6 111.69. If you are looking for Internet services, do not make the mistake to go with Telkom, that will be your biggest mistake you can never be able to get yourself out of. I am still hoping that I will wake up from this nightmare I am reliving each day I come from work and weekends without internet connection!
