Pathetic Services

I had a new adsl line fitted at my house in mid September. I have been in to the nearest branch to complain that my line is still not working and can not use my data. I am still getting billed even though I can't use the line and now I receive lawyers letters for the outstanding amount. When I called again, they say they can see a fault on my line and have proof on their side that shows I haven't been able to use the line but they won't come to fix the fault until I pay the outstanding amount. How pathetic!!!!
