Pathetic services

On the 15 th of January 2015 after holding on the phone for 47 minutes I logged a call with Telkom to report a faulty adsl line, they told me that I should expect a technician within 7 days. It is now the 5th of February 2015 and I am still waiting for a technician. I have never experienced such pathetic service in this lifetime, this is the worst service ever. I am urging anyone to come up with competition for Telkom I will sign up with the immediately.
