Pathetic servicee

<p>Telkom = pathetic and useless Seriously i got a 4meg line about 12 days ago. 12 days and not once have i reached four megs. Iv logged faults, only for it to come back as restored. The woman on the phone said she saw an issue with the line. It wasn't fixed. Telkom says im pinging at 5 meg. Iv taken screen shot after screen shot, used three different modems and STILL NO FOUR MEG LINE!! Holy **** man its not rocket science! Fix the damn problem! You will be quick to bill me come month end for something that I dont have and have proof of! Wake up people!!</p>
