PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!!ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE

i am disgusted with the manner in which Telkom agents deal with their customers, firstly they do not care that you've been members for years with so many accounts yet they feel its ok to handle queries like **** there is no manager available ever to speak to you and they do not get back to you once youre on a call and due to their ****py connection the calls keep cutting pathetic network, i will never use telkom again, nothing you guys do could redeem you. i do not suggest anyone using ur services neither do i want you to call me for any marketing purposes...you guys suck!!! YOU DO NOT KNOW THE MEANING OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. GET YOUR MANAGER IF IN EXSISTANCE TO CALL ME
