Pathetic service you would ever get

I didn't listen when I was told Telkom is the worst when it comes to contracts. My first service they disconnected in March but continued to bill me, how I don't understand. Second 1 I have been trying to cancel from the first till now I have no confirmation of cancellation. I don't want anything to do with them because clearly they lack customer service and they don't care at all. Horrible service when you want to cancel. The same thing happened when I cancelled my first contract and they want to now bill me for services that were not rendered. useless service even when you want to give benefit they keep on disappointing.
