Pathetic service will log with ombut

i app**** for a phone on 10/01/2018 online ,Since last week i Spoke to a Brenda , MUZI or Musi and Matsidiso always excuse there is notching on the system . I have not received a call back From Matsidiso saying she will call at 8am today , my flippen money has been debited but no call received . I am so ****ed at you pathetic service . I have the proof of the calls that i made to you call center and i will log a dispute with the OMBUD for ***** . There is no manager , teamleader or flippen supervisor to speak , Never someone there when you want to speak to .
