Pathetic service when it comes to Telekom signals
Its been three days been told the same story that our tower is down and being attended to. Telkom is so annoying when it comes to fixing issues with their network. All they give is excuses.

26 Dec 2023, 14:47So basically what telkom tolk me is that the tower im using is down and bieng attended to. They can't give you a definite answer as to when when it will be resolved since its been four days now. So decided to do speed test. The only thing that is bieng affected is the download speed as the upload speed is according to my data package and rhe only sensible thing is that the speed is bieng throttled. My question now us what happens to the allocated data i should have had for these days it was useless.
