Pathetic Service & Very Poor Communication

<p>I cant believe I have been to the store 3 times, emailed through documents and still I have no phone! I email my bank statements and a payslip on Friday after the salesman tells me the phone is available,nothing was said about being stamped. I am not sure why he could not check the documents when I sent it. I come to the store on the same day thinking I will get a phone. The guy was not there so the other salesman just gave me more documents to fill. Then I come on Saturday to process everything then I am told I needed stamped bank statements. Nowhere does it say any documents must be stamped. So I come to the store on Monday after going to the bank to get stamped bank statements. then I am told they will process it then will call me when phone ready. I get a call today saying I must have a stamped payslip. Why could they not check that when I sent it the first time?? This is absolutely ridiculous. What is going on there? I really feel messed around. The only reason I am still getting this phone is because my wife really wants it otherwise I would never use Telkom ever again. How difficult is it to have a simple document checklist that has all the requirements instead of saying bank statements and payslip. </p>
