PATHETIC SERVICE, UNTRAINED STAFF,NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

<p>I went to Telkom Direct in N1 City Mall beginning of January to renew my contract, upon receiving an sms to upgrade my contract. </p> <p>i was told that the phone i wanted at the time, no stock was available, and would have to wait a period of two weeks. i had no problem waiting as i wanted that specific phone and colour.</p> <p>Two weeks went by and i recieved no call, each time i phone the store i am told that stock would only be receieved the following week. FINALLY, i spoke to someone who had informed me, when actually going onto their system, that my phone had been given away, due to the fact that i had no answered my phone. The contact number they had, was an old number which no longer exists. i had given the sales lady my new number! i have a contract by them, but they dont have my number????</p> <p>i went into the store to find out what the situation was, only to find out that my contract had been cancelled, due to the time delay in waiting for stock to leave the store or some sort. I then was helped by a gentleman who resent my application and said that the stock was now up to date and would not have to wait long to receieve my phone. The following week i phoned the store and was told that the stock was coming in that day and would have to phone back after 14;00. thus i did, only to be told once again that stock would only reach the store the following week.</p> <p> </p> <p>i went into the store and have cancelled my upgrade with Telkom,While waiting in the line to cancel my upgrade, a sales concultant asks one of the staff if they have stock of the specific phone that i have been waiting nearly a month for, the staff replies that they have several in stock and in the spefic colour that i wanted!</p> <p>i will be cancelling all my contracts with Telkom. They do not know how to treat customers, nor how to follow up correctly! I do not recommed their mobile service to anyone! Their phones never have signal and when quering, you are told that the area does not have coverage...apparently thats everywhere!</p> <p> </p> <p>i went to CelluCity in N1 City and within an hour, i was credited aprroved and had a phone in store for me. </p>
