Pathetic service, unprofessionalism unmatched

I definitely wouldn't recommend this joke of a service provider to absolutely anyone. Daylight ******* if you ask me. The past 3 months I've been having issues with my line being suspended because of "unconfirmed payment" according to them. They confusing part is that the debit order when through but was never allocated to my account , when I called to ask why I keep having this problem they say " my payment does show but it went through to their collection department, they will reinstate my line again" which will obviously take 2 - 3 days.

I'm being Billed more than my contract agreement, when I ask they don't have answers.

To top it all , an agent by the name of of Nasipho put the phone down on my ear while I was still expressing my frustration. She was very rude , and not even helpful. She spoke over me most of the time and I'm pretty much sure she wasn't interested to hear me.

The unprofessionalism is unmatch!

On a scale.of 0- 10 I'm giving this service provider a solid negative 10!
