Pathetic Service !!! Unlimited LTE extremely slow for 12 days

<p>I have a unlimited LTE contract with telkom and this whole month I've had extremely slow internet or no internet available during the day down to 0.5mbs. I've contacted the Twitter help team, left countless DM's and I still have had no luck. I was told to reset my router , did that to absolutely no luck. This is really disgusting service. It's almost half a month basically I'm paying for nothing.. If this carries on I'll have to seek legal opinion on cancelling this contract as Telkom is not meeting it's end of the agreement. I cant be expected to pay for nothing. </p>
