Pathetic service unable to cancel a line for 6 months!
I have been trying to cancel my line for 6 months and it's still not canceled after being assured that it was. I app**** in Jan 2018 and my debit order is still going off despite the case being escalated this is pathetic!!! Will be contacting my lawyer. I would like my line canceled and my 6 months of payments refunded!

I have sent you my details as requested and spoken to your call center and escalated my claim another 2x!!!! The agent that is supposed to close my case and phone me back clearly is unable to read their email and complete the various requests sent through. Your incompetence knows no bounds!!!! If I could downgrade your rating to 0/5 I would! You are quite happy complain if I don't pay my account but you refuse to pay me what is due!
